Educational Support in a Slough School
Academics Ltd is currently seeking a Psychology Graduate to support children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD in a lovely Slough school.
The ideal candidate will be a Psychology Graduate looking for their first step into mental health, with experience working with children with complex needs. In this role, you will be part of a vital team and receive ongoing support throughout your time at the school.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
- Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress
The school is looking for someone who is resilient, patient, and able to promote teamwork to develop the best structure for the students. You will be well supported and challenged to develop your skills in this Primary School.
