Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Brands Service Expert to join our team at Selfridges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating memorable experiences, and effectively managing complaints.
  • Oversee luxury brands such as Zimmerman, MaxMara, Toteme, Stella McCartney, and Burberry.
  • Deliver inspiring brand training to the team, utilizing your passion for products and great communication skills.
  • Work closely with the brand partner or contact to stay informed about successes, challenges, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of sales and service excellence, consistently delivering results that exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales, share knowledge, and maintain a positive work environment.

  • You are knowledgeable about luxury brands, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development, competitive bonuses, and a generous employee discount scheme.
