Your Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail or commercial sales experience with strong track record of store and team management
  • Commercially focused and results-driven, with aptitude for decision making
  • A proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate your team
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Customer-focused approach, putting our customers at the heart of everything you do
