Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Economics Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, preparing detailed quantity requirements, monitoring construction budgets, negotiating contracts, and reviewing and updating project costs.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
