About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Parking Enforcement Officer to work in Stoke and its surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position, requiring a qualified driver who can meet the Highway Code eyesight test requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol and monitor car parks to ensure they are tidy and clean at all times.
  • Issue Parking Charge Notices as and when required.
  • Check parking equipment and report any faults to the Line Manager.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and replenishment of consumables within payment and validation kiosks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as and when required.
