Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice to customers and patients.
  • Be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, ensuring customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Build pharmacy capability of store teams, conducting continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment.
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services, including clinical services and patient care.

Requirements:

  • You will need to be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator and have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
  • You will need to have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
  • You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and patients, holding excellent face-to-face interactions.

This role is subject to a DBS/PVG check.
