Horticultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Grower. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for the daily tasks associated with growing high-quality plants.

• Manage pests and irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant growth
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Monitor and maintain the quality of plants to meet our high standards
