- Partner with the Divisional Managing Director and their direct reports to manage performance against the strategic plan, driving growth and enhancing business performance.
- Support the CFO in fostering a finance business partnering culture within the division.
- Serve as a respected and trusted member of the senior management team, promoting a culture of financial excellence.
- Manage shareholder relationships and provide timely information to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders to evaluate and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives, supporting the management team in achieving divisional goals.
- Proven experience in high-growth environments, leading diverse projects and work streams.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role.
- Experience in private equity or entrepreneurial businesses.
- A hands-on role as the sole finance support to the division, with the ability to directly influence business performance.
- Commercially minded, capable of connecting financial objectives with operational outcomes.
