Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Upper KS2 Teacher to join our team at a reputable primary school in Hounslow. As a Upper KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and creating a conducive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and promoting academic excellence.
  • Develop maths ability and introduce fractions, statistics, and geometry to students.
  • Help children develop their writing ability by creating engaging stories and encouraging creativity.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress to parents and school management.
  • Create a positive and safe learning environment that fosters academic growth and development.
  • Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for Upper KS2 students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Education or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification and QTS.
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching Upper KS2 students.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
  • Ability to create and present engaging and interactive lesson plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
