QHSE Advisor

About the Role:

Framatome Limited is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Advisor to join our team in Cranfield. As a key member of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and guidance on QHSE matters to site management and employees.
• Develop and implement effective QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on QHSE procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

• IOSH/NEBOSH safety certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably in the nuclear sector.
• Strong understanding of nuclear safety culture and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
