We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to join our Design & Manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively managing internal and external client relationships to ensure projects are executed safely within time, cost, and quality and to the customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and lead improvements with support from the Operations Manager to create improved ways of working through collaboration and maximising efficiency.
  • Preparation of forward work forecasts and capability requirements within the team.
  • An active member of ED to drive, support and demonstrate value, maximising opportunities, and commitment to ED business objectives.
  • Liaise closely with the Operations Manager to discuss the needs and issues of the team in terms of support, development, training, utilisation, performance etc.
  • Managing and engaging with stakeholders, building effective relationships, and developing a good understanding of their needs, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Provide leadership in all aspects of health and safety performance.
  • Act as a role model for Jacobs values and behaviours, leading by example and fostering an inclusive team environment.
