About the Role

The Regional AML Officer will be part of our growing Legal, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Privacy team, supporting our international business. You'll work closely with our Compliance and Risk departments to ensure our AML controls are effective and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AML policies and procedures for entities in the region.
  • Provide guidance on AML laws and regulations in the UK and EU.
  • Lead regulatory engagements and license applications in the region.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk departments to address AML compliance issues.
Requirements

We're looking for an inquisitive and detail-oriented AML professional with relevant experience and expertise in financial services or the payment industry. You'll need to be technically inclined, able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and positive self-starter with interpersonal and organisational skills, able to exercise good judgment and become a trusted partner in a fast-paced working environment.

Language skills: English and another European language (Dutch, German, or French).
