Expert Mineral Assets Manager

Established in 1984, Wardell Armstrong is a leading specialist in property solutions for clients across the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Mineral Surveyor to join our successful mineral estates team. The ideal candidate will have a challenging and varied workload with travel required throughout the UK.
This key appointment will deliver high-quality expert advice to existing clients and drive the expansion of our team. We welcome applicants from various levels of experience, with a minimum of 4 years' experience.
The role requires:
- A first degree in Mineral Surveying, Estates Management, Mineral Planning, Geology or similar.
- Professional membership of the RICS, or other relevant professional body, or working towards this.
- An excellent working knowledge of mineral development and relevant property issues from a background either in industry or consultancy.
- Experience of producing heads of terms for leases, mineral planning and development work, management of mineral assets, and ideally valuation work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent reporting writing.
- Strong negotiating skills and effective communication both verbally and written.
- Good business and commercial awareness.
- A full UK driving license.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
