Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Executive to join our team in Leeds. As part of a small, collaborative group, you will play a key role in supporting various business operations, from internal processes to client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and produce client quotes with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers to check stock and pricing, ensuring smooth delivery of client requests.
- Manage purchase orders, track purchases, and keep the team updated on delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to price, source, and deliver client projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients, supporting them in project delivery and account management.
- Work with the Financial Administrator to manage financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and resolving queries.
- Use the company's PSA system to manage support contracts, tickets, and invoicing.
- Review and improve business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Handle client queries via email and phone, providing timely solutions.
- Coordinate client visits and liaise with contractors when needed.
- Assist with meeting and diary management.
- Provide general administrative support to help the business grow and maintain client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business support projects, including marketing efforts.
- Assist with new business activities by arranging appointments and following up for feedback.
- Attend client and proposal meetings as required.
Working Hours and Salary
This role will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break, earning a competitive salary between £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
