Graduate Building Surveying Position

We're recruiting a talented Building Surveyor to join our Cardiff office, where you'll be part of a highly respected Building Surveying/Project Management team. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity for growth, with access to exceptional APC training and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, collaborating with clients, and contributing to the success of our business. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in building surveying and project management.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a suitable building surveying or construction degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 12 months' experience working as a building surveyor for a consultancy or client-side. A passion for professional development and a drive to become MRICS certified are essential qualities for this position.
