About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of our onshore cable projects. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design teams, procurement, and construction teams.
- Interface with clients, stakeholders, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the development of project scopes, technical specifications, and division of responsibilities.
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors, as required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of cable installation and onshore cable works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in project management tools.
