About This Opportunity">

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Deli Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and progress your career within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of food products according to our high standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with ordering, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Cook and serve food to customers, providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Support the deli supervisor with daily tasks, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and the deli area.
  • Cover shop floor tasks or till operation when required, with appropriate training.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or above (or equivalent), and/or 6 months' previous experience in a similar environment.
  • Previous experience of working in a team and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • HACCP (Food Safety) experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are desirable but not essential.
