As a Ward Manager at Leaders in Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet key performance indicators, driving efficiency and safety across the department.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a talented team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective stock management and financial compliance, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
  • Embed Clinical Governance and risk management practices into daily operations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
  • Proven experience in a similar private hospital setting, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
