Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Activities Lead Volunteer at Creative Support.

This rewarding volunteer opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about planning and delivering engaging activities for our Service Users. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading group sessions that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our Service Users.

  • Develop and deliver fun, interactive group sessions that promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with Service Users to identify their interests and tailor activities accordingly.
  • Ensure all activities are accessible and enjoyable for everyone, promoting a sense of belonging and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Involving Service Users in decision-making processes to ensure their voices are heard and valued.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with Service Users and colleagues alike.
  • A creative approach to activity planning, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our Service Users.
Salary Estimate

This volunteer opportunity does not have a salary, but we offer a rewarding experience and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Estimated salary range: £0 - £0 per annum, although we recommend a donation of £5-£10 per hour to support our charitable work.
