About the Role

Schroders Personal Wealth is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team in Leeds city centre. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering our Technology strategy, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve existing data pipelines
  • Liaise with other areas across the business to define requirements for new projects
  • Develop and implement data engineering solutions using AWS services
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines
Requirements
  • Expertise in SQL and Python programming languages
  • Experience with AWS services, including Lambda Functions, Glue, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, and S3
  • Demonstrable experience working within a Data Engineering function
  • Strong understanding of data engineering best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
