Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a valid NMC PIN and be able to work on a shift rota, including nights. You will be patient-centric and committed to delivering high-quality care, with excellent communication skills and good decision-making abilities.

• Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care with the patient and their carer/family, ensuring patient choice and wishes are respected.
• Contribute to a team approach to patient care, working collaboratively with all members of the care team.
• Understand and participate in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance.
