Part-Time HR and Bookkeeping Professional

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Bookkeeping Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in both HR and bookkeeping, who can manage HR functions while handling bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Functions: Oversee all HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and manage the nuances of agency life, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Bookkeeping Duties: Perform all bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Proven experience in HR and bookkeeping roles.
- Strong understanding of agency operations and culture.
- Proficient in bookkeeping software and HR management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary range between £24,000 - £30,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience and days worked. If you are an experienced HR and bookkeeping professional looking for a part-time role in a dynamic agency environment, we would love to hear from you.
