Senior Community Care Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a senior carer role within our local community. As a Senior Community Carer, you will work closely with the Team Leader and share on-call responsibilities.
You will be delivering person-centred care and support to help our clients remain as independent as possible with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Care duties, including hands-on personal care and support with daily living
- Supporting with administrative tasks, setting up person-centred support plans and liaising with other healthcare professionals and families
- Working on a rolling fortnightly basis, including alternating weekends
About You
- Experience within the care sector is essential
- Previous line management responsibilities are desirable
- Achieved or are willing to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Essential that you have access to a vehicle for work and full driving licence
