About the Role
As a CNC Machine Operator at Oceaneering, your primary responsibility will be to operate/program CNC lathe machines to manufacture a variety of pipe connections, assist in training new team members, and adhere to strict safety and quality protocols. You will work closely with our experienced manufacturing team to ensure that all components meet or exceed customer and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and program CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and programming
• Understand and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate component production
• Apply basic skills and assist with new tasks under direct supervision
• Gains proficiency in the use of equipment and related matters
• Contribute towards key processes and adhere to relevant standards, including Health & Safety, Process Leadership, Investigations, Materials Handling, and Product Quality
• Follow instructions set out by Manufacturing Supervisor/Management
• Flexible to work shift rotations as required (subject to appropriate notice)

Requirements

• A background in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Any related qualifications or certifications
• Ability to follow instructions and contribute to team goals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
