Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Helio Fintech Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience managing social media for B2B companies in the e-commerce industry and possess a proven track record of creating engaging content that resonates with audiences on Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored for Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok to captivate e-commerce merchants.
  • Platform Management: Create and manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts from scratch, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Audience Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices on Instagram and TikTok to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Other Marketing Activities: Work closely with the head of marketing on other marketing & targeting activities outside of social channels where relevant.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns and to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience building and managing social media channels for B2B companies, ideally within the e-commerce space.
  • Demonstrable experience creating highly engaging content, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, X (Twitter) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends with the ability to create fast and relevant content.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
