Estimated Salary:

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a Community Adult Recovery Specialist to join our Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub). The successful candidate will work closely with carers and families, confidently liaising with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our service users.

  • Work as part of an MDT to provide care, treatment, and support for service users with complex mental health needs.
  • Implement specific NICE guidance interventions.
  • Undertake clinic duties as required.
  • Contribute to our office duty on a rota basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Up-to-date Professional Registration on the appropriate part of the NMC register.
  • Post-registration training in a relevant field.
  • Leadership/Management training.
  • Experience of working in an acute environment.
  • Experience of mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff.
