Job Title: Data Analyst - E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and support our E-Commerce business. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data to provide business insights and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data in Excel and our proprietary tech stack to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with colleagues from other functions to provide reports and recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data visualisations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Location:
  • Minimum of two days a week from Southwell Office (mandatory).
  • When working from home, you will be staying in regular contact through Zoom and MS Teams.
Job Type:
  • Full-time.
Work Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday 9 am until 5:30 pm, Friday 9 am until 3 pm.
Flexibility:
  • Flexibility to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 4 consecutive weeks a year.
