The Solution Automotive Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join their team in Cambridge. This role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable franchised motor dealership, providing high-quality and efficient vehicle services to customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for completing scheduled vehicle servicing in line with brand guidelines, ensuring that all vehicle servicing activities are completed safely and to a high standard. They will also participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up-to-date.
- Contribute to local and company-wide process improvements and innovations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £32.5k - £35k basic depending on experience, plus benefits such as colleague discounts on new and used vehicles, parts, and servicing, rewards and recognition awards, and life assurance at no cost to them. Our working hours/days include Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm on a rota.
