Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Manage and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of post-part III experience, with a strong background in architectural leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, with a focus on client satisfaction and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in architectural software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
