Job Title: Commercial Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our team at Paralaw Ltd, supporting the commercial and legal team of a leading FTSE 100 telecoms company. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis, focusing on the negotiation of wayleaves for superfast broadband.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing formal correspondence and negotiation support
  • Assisting in the negotiation process, either prior to formal litigation or during the process of agreeing settlements
  • Other commercial legal activities, with appropriate instruction and supervision

The team is based in central Glasgow, with hybrid or fully remote work options available. We are looking for a candidate with a Scottish Law degree and experience of litigation under Scottish law. As part of our team, you will work closely with a senior litigation paralegal, supporting the client's teams in Glasgow and across the UK.

Requirements:
  • Scottish Law degree
  • Experience of litigation under Scottish law
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
