About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Staff Nurse to join our team at Bupa's internationally renowned Cromwell Hospital in London. As a Pediatric Staff Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality, holistic family-centered care to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to children and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, engaging in and promoting teamwork to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Act as an advocate for the child and family, providing them with information and support throughout their stay.
  • Understand the principles of delivering prescribed treatment safely, maintaining strict patient confidentiality, and participating in clinical audits to ensure quality care.
Requirements
  • NMC Registration and NMC Registered – Registered Children's Nurse qualifications.
  • Post-registration experience, with a strong track record of contributing to a safe working environment and providing high-quality care.
  • Able to work well both in a team and use your own initiative, maintaining professional communication and completing drug calculations accurately.
