Job Description

Kinder Nannies & Staff Ltd. is seeking a top-calibre, flexible childcare professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and companionship to a 7-year-old boy. This role is perfect for someone who is warm, patient, and kind, with a genuine love for working with children.

The successful candidate will work closely with the family's existing nanny, who has been with them for nearly 6 years, to provide seamless care and support. The working pattern will involve shared care, full-time, covering both weekdays and weekends. The schedule will typically include seven consecutive working days, followed by two days off, although this may vary during busier periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the child with homework and educational development
  • Manage the child's wardrobe and coordinate their schedule of classes and appointments
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and errands as required

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience as a tutor or teacher, ideally in a high-net-worth household
  • Ability to work well within a team and be responsible for the child's needs
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly evolving schedule
  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills and a positive demeanour

Requirements:

  • Nanny/childcare experience, with a focus on teaching and tutoring
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy
