Job Title: SEPA Instant Business Analyst/Tester

At Luxoft, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Tester to support the successful implementation and enhancement of SEPA Instant Payment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and payment scheme providers to analyze business requirements, design workflows, and rigorously test the system to ensure compliance with SEPA Instant Payment standards.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with business units, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements related to SEPA Instant Payments.
  • Business Process Design: Map current payment processes and propose enhancements for real-time, 24/7 SEPA Instant Payments processing, ensuring compliance with SEPA Instant Payment Scheme rules and regulations.
  • Testing: Develop a comprehensive testing strategy for SEPA Instant Payment services, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Tester role within payments environment
  • Proven experience with SEPA Instant Payments or similar real-time payment systems
  • Experience working on payment engine upgrades, implementations, or migrations
  • Strong knowledge of SEPA Instant Payment Scheme, including ISO 20022 messaging standards (pain, pacs, camt)
  • Familiarity with real-time, 24/7 payments processing systems and related banking operations
