Job Title: LGV Maintenance Technician

A competitive salary of £43,260 per year is offered for this role.

Norse Group seeks an experienced LGV Maintenance Technician to join its team in Havant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair vehicles to meet Operator Licence requirements.
  • Prepare vehicles for annual tests and road test them to certify roadworthiness.
  • Attend breakdowns on a rota system.
Requirements:
  • A City & Guilds Part 3 in motor vehicle studies or equivalent qualification.
  • A Category C+E Driving Licence.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance standards required for HGV operation.
  • A working knowledge of Health and Safety and its impact in vehicle repair operations.
  • Experience in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining commercial vehicles.
