About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driving license and a good knowledge of building materials
