We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salaried General Practitioner or Specialty Doctor to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical Leader for Frailty and Acute Care, you will play a key role in providing advanced medical decision-making for patients in our sub-acute frailty unit.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior nurses on the ward to provide advanced medical decision-making for patients.
- Offer medical guidance and leadership in the multidisciplinary team management of patients.
- Participate in advanced care planning and end-of-life care.
- Oversee and contribute to the education and training of junior doctors, medical students, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with patients, families, and carers about their medical care.
- Coordinate with other medical specialties for specialist advice when necessary.
- Engage in governance, addressing incidents, and fostering learning.

Requirements- GMC Registration and a License to practice.
- CCT / SER or equivalent.

- Palliative Care experience.
