Job Title: Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead our team and provide high-quality residential and dementia care for individuals in Preston.

About the Role:

As a Care Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team, including leading meetings, providing positive feedback to staff, and being a role model for the team within the home. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with the home's management team, ensuring that all concerns are dealt with quickly and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals
  • Provide positive feedback and coaching to staff
  • Communicate effectively with the home's management team
  • Ensure the quality of care and safety of our services
  • Act as a role model for the team and ambassador for the organisation

Requirements:

  • Recent employed experience within elderly and dementia care
  • Previous experience of managing and leading a team
  • Ability to build good rapport with residents and other healthcare professionals
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
