Senior Manager Clinical Operations

Situated within a clinical stage biotechnology business, the Senior Manager Clinical Operations will lead the clinical study team activities for their assigned clinical studies. This includes the successful execution and delivery of PII and/or PIII focused clinical projects at study level by meeting company and regulatory requirements.

This position requires a minimum of 2 days on-site presence per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical study team and develop a detailed project plan for assigned studies
  • Assist with the selection, oversight, and monitoring of vendors
  • Ensure accountability for assigned clinical studies and adherence to relevant compliance and guidelines
  • Perform site and vendor visits as required
  • Develop study management plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Relevant scientific bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrable experience in clinical operations and sponsor-side clinical project management
  • Management of outsource global clinical studies
  • Experience in Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously in a small company setting
  • Excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
