Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lift Service & Callout Engineer to join our London team, covering a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of various lift systems, working in a mobile role that requires travel to respond to scheduled maintenance and emergency callouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Servicing: Perform routine maintenance and servicing of lift equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Emergency Callouts: Respond to emergency callouts promptly and effectively.
  • Inspections and Testing: Carry out thorough inspections and testing of lift systems.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards, and maintain accurate records of all work carried out and report any issues to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • On-Call Rota: Participate in the on-call rota to cover out-of-hours emergencies (optional).
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Lift Service Engineer, preferably with callout experience.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in lift engineering (NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent).
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of various lift systems and components.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Driving License: Full UK driving license.
Remuneration

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
