**Job Opportunity with Connect Appointments**

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to become a Service Technician for our production client based in Broxburn.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect and clean products returned from customers in a timely manner
  • Repair damaged items and communicate with service technicians regarding repairs
  • Maintain and test products following the maintenance schedule
  • Pick and pack items for orders, ensuring they're suitable for customer use
  • Keep track of stock levels, reporting to management if replenishment is required
  • Regular reviews of stock levels
  • Communicate with operations team regarding scrapping items and replenishment

**Requirements:**

  • Understanding of electrical equipment with some experience in electrical repairs
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**About the Role:**

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £25,700 per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with an early Friday finish.
