Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab and Falls Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation and Falls Service team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to older adults with complex conditions and falls, working in a community setting. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing designated staff performance and coordinating the Occupational Therapy service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver highly specialized and advanced assessments and treatments as part of the Community Rehab and Falls Service.
  • Act as team leader, manage designated staff performance, and be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Occupational Therapy service.
Requirements
  • Health and Care Professions Council registration as an OT.
  • BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy.
Desirable Skills
  • Significant rehabilitation experience at specialist level across relevant clinical areas.
  • Working in a community setting.
