About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects within Heathrow Airport, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage in-house and sub-contractors to deliver construction projects within Heathrow Airport
  • Oversee project teams and ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £60-£80K, dependent on experience
