The Esmi group is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions within the organisation.

This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent relationship management skills, and proficiency in various recruitment technologies. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain an organised applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment processes efficiently.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  3. Leverage lead generation techniques to identify passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  2. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo is highly desirable.
  3. Experience with lead generation strategies and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  4. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
