Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Executive Director to plan and execute the production of podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality video and audio output.
  • Oversee and deliver all technical aspects of the podcast production, including camera operation, sound recording, and lighting.
  • Collaborate with the Edit team on post-production editing, including episodes, trailers, clips, and social assets.
  • Lead the analysis of podcast performance data across all platforms to understand audience behavior and algorithm impact.
  • Use data insights to inform content creation, optimize promotion strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work directly with hosts, guests, and other cross-functional teams to create compelling and fast-growth podcast content strategies.
  • Stay engaged with industry trends and emerging platforms, seeking innovative ways to present and distribute podcast content.
  • Provide support in data-driven creative direction for episodes, trailers, and clips, ensuring content aligns with data-driven insights on audience interests.
  • Obsess over optimizations and implementations that refine and redefine production processes to consistently improve workflows.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, innovation, exceptional quality, and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in video or social first production and editing, with an exceptional portfolio in successful content creation.
  • Ability to work with high-profile talent, aligning creative vision with company goals and data-based execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex data-driven ideas at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate deadlines across multiple competing projects and deliver exceptional results.
  • Commitment to quality and the highest of standards, as demonstrated in your work.
  • Ability to work in high-intensity work cycles, which may require working outside of traditional Monday-to-Friday hours.
  • Flexibility to travel globally, as required by the role.
