Job Title: Heat Pumps Trainer

Are you an experienced Heating Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to help develop installers and service engineers with the latest heat pump technology?

We are seeking a skilled Heat Pumps Trainer to join our team at Thornhvac Ltd. As a Heat Pumps Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training courses, teaching engineers on heat pump products, and overseeing the development of training content.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting training courses 3-4 days a week at our high-class training centre
* Teaching engineers on heat pump products, including their components, installation, and servicing
* Overseeing and developing training content as required

Requirements:
* Previous training or assessing experience is desirable but not essential
* Supervising, mentoring, or training young engineers is also valuable
* Experience and understanding of air source heat pumps is desirable but not essential
* Full driving licence required

The Package:
* Basic salary up to approx c£44k
* Hybrid car or car allowance
* Company bonus scheme
* Excellent company benefits, including healthcare and 25 days holiday

The Location:
* Based in the training centre near Maidstone in Kent
* Ideal location for those with a short commute
