Starbucks Shift Supervisor Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
