Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with senior deal team members and client management teams to execute transactions
  • Support origination efforts by preparing marketing pitches, presentations, or analysis for new mandates
  • Develop detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analyses, for M&A transactions or pitch situations
  • Collaborate with other teams, including leveraged finance, debt capital markets, equity capital markets, ratings, and credit
  • Stay up-to-date on market developments in the sector and enhance knowledge of the client base and relevant market dynamics
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to analysts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Multiple years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in the Energy sector
  • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with high integrity
  • Excellent technology skills, including deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task and manage projects independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
