Nursing Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and be able to effectively assess and treat patients.

As a Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs, administering medications while monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects, and providing education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.

You will also be expected to collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
