About the Role
">At Cranstoun, we are proud to deliver the Cranstoun Arrest Referral Service in partnership with the Warwickshire & West Midlands Police Crime and Commissioners.
We are seeking an experienced Substance Use Intervention Specialist to join our CARS team, working between police custody and criminal courts to provide a supportive service for individuals who use drugs and alcohol.
">About the Job
- You will assess, advise and refer offenders to access treatment, promoting the use of Community Sentence Treatment Requirements (Drug Rehabilitations Requirements and Alcohol Treatment Requirements) amongst court professionals and the judiciary.
- You will be responsible for delivering all elements of substance use work, including assertive engagement, harm reduction support, and other associated duties.
- Enhanced DBS checks and Police vetting apply to this role.
- Applications for part-time hours will be considered.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
