About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Planning Coordinator to join our team at A Plus Clean. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage operatives' diaries to ensure appointments are met and rescheduled as necessary.
  • Track jobs and identify any that could potentially go overdue, ensuring all work is completed within target timescales.
  • Prioritize tasks and assign the right tasks to the correct trade operatives, ensuring they have the materials they need to complete the work and minimize travel time.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, keeping tenants informed and working in the most cost-effective and productive manner.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure performance targets are met and provide feedback on operative performance to supervisors when needed.
  • Monitor the completion of jobs to ensure high standards and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of scheduling experience, ideally within the social housing sector.
  • Confidence in all aspects of administration.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle high workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
